2. Pricing and Payment All services are provided at the agreed-upon price. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified in writing. Zigz Stump Removal LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on unforeseen circumstances, such as additional work required.

3. No Refund Policy Once our services are completed, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our No Refund Policy for additional details.

4. Liability Zigz Stump Removal LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing property damage or issues outside the scope of our services. We take precautions to minimize risks but are not liable for any incidental damages that may occur during the stump removal process.

5. Customer Responsibilities Customers are required to clear the work area of any obstacles, including furniture, vehicles, or other items, prior to the start of services. Any delays caused by such obstacles may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Customers must provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

7. Privacy Policy Any personal information provided to Zigz Stump Removal LLC will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Connecticut. By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through the applicable legal channels.
